Terms of Service
Velour ("we", "us") is a membership service operated by Velour LLC at velour.club. By creating a membership or a studio you agree to these terms, to the Content Policy and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use Velour
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally permitted to view adult material there. Age is verified through Vidrip Access before any adult content is shown. Supplying false information about your age or identity ends your membership immediately.
2. Your Vidrip account
Velour uses Sign in with Vidrip as its only way to sign in. Your Vidrip account, its terms and its security are governed by Vidrip. You may disconnect Velour from your Vidrip account at any time from your Vidrip settings; doing so signs you out of Velour and stops any further data sharing.
3. Memberships and billing
- Memberships are monthly subscriptions to a creator's circle at the price shown when you join. They renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Vidrip Access on behalf of Velour LLC through payment processors licensed for adult businesses. Your statement will show a neutral descriptor for Velour LLC.
- You may cancel at any time from your account or at Vidrip Access. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
- Because content is delivered immediately, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or where a creator's content was removed for breaching our policies during your paid period, in which case we will refund the affected period on request.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access to Velour.
4. Your conduct
You will not record, screenshot, download, redistribute or resell any content from Velour. You will not attempt to identify, contact outside the platform, harass or threaten any creator or member. You will not share your account. You will not scrape, probe or interfere with the service.
5. Creators
- Creators keep ownership of everything they publish and grant Velour a licence to host, transcode, protect and display it to entitled members for as long as it is published here.
- Creators are responsible for every person who appears in their content, for holding the consents and records the law requires, and for tagging each performer so their verification can be confirmed. See the §2257 Statement.
- Every post is reviewed before it is shown to members. We may decline or remove content that breaches the Content Policy without notice.
- Payouts are made monthly by Vidrip Access to the payout method on file, after processor settlement and less the platform share disclosed in the studio and on each statement. Creators are responsible for their own taxes.
6. Ending things
You may leave at any time. We may suspend or end a membership or studio that breaches these terms, harms other members or creators, or exposes us to legal risk. Sections about content licences, conduct and liability survive.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Velour is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Velour LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and contact
