Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Velour LLC collects, why, and who else is involved. The short version: Velour keeps as little as it can, and the sensitive parts, your identity document and your payment details, are handled by Vidrip Access and its providers, never by us.
What we receive from Vidrip
When you sign in with Vidrip we receive a pairwise identifier unique to Velour (not your Vidrip user ID), your display name and picture, your email address if you consented, your age verification level and its expiry, and the list of Velour memberships you hold. Creators additionally share the Vidrip channel they link.
What we collect ourselves
- Your session cookie (
vsid) and an "I am 18" cookie (v18). - Posts you like, complaints you file, and, for creators, everything you publish.
- Your approximate region, derived from your network address by Cloudflare, used only to select the age policy that applies to you. We do not store your IP address in our database.
What we never hold
- Identity documents or selfies. Age verification is performed by a specialist provider working for Vidrip Access; Velour receives only a level and an expiry.
- Card or bank details. Payments and payouts are processed by Vidrip Access and its processors.
- The content of your messages. The inbox is hosted by Vidrip Access.
Who else is involved
Vidrip Access (identity, entitlements, messaging, payments, payouts), Cloudflare (hosting, storage, network), Supabase (database), and the adult-payments processor named on your statement. Each acts under contract and receives only what its role requires.
How long
Sessions expire after 30 days. Membership records are kept while the membership is active and for the retention period our processors and tax law require. Complaints are kept for seven years. You can ask us to delete your Velour account at any time; content you published as a creator is removed from view immediately and purged from storage within 30 days, except where we must keep it for a legal hold.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to processing and to complain to a regulator. Write to privacy@velour.club. We answer within 30 days.
Children
Velour is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and we remove any such account and content the moment we learn of it. Report concerns at velour.club/report.
